We came in to town for a wedding....went to go to bed and there were little brown bugs crawling all over in the bed. We ended up driving someplace else to sleep at 3am and went back the following morning to complain. The man went up to room and said we had no proof and we had pictures on our phones and he said we could have taken those pictures anywhere. Very rude saying we have no proof. No offer of a refund. We would not recommend this place to anyone and will be making legal formal complaint. Sad as almost whole hotel was filled with the wedding guests we were with. Bad service in all aspects!
Had to wait over a half hr just to check in. Tried calling no one would answer the phone. Room is dirty . Need I keep going
I'm here for a few months while my husband works in the area. The lady at the desk did everything possible to accommodate our needs. The single queen bed room was too small so we were places in a double with a loose allowance to rearrange as needed. Now its perfect and seems quiet as well. Id recommend it but it is only day 2 of a long stay. Update: left hotel. They say to put out sign when rooms need cleaned but they never come.
A very cute, small town inn. Clean room and well kept. A nice bed, too.
I give it two starts because the owner was nice. The bed bugs though..
